How can I obtain free shipping? 

There are multiple ways to qualify for free (standard) shipping when shopping on Luxury Handmade Gifts!  Buy more than $100 worth of merchandise. Our standing free shipping offer is available every day. Or you can enter to win one of our many contests. Every customer is entered to win and you can also join by logging onto our guest book on the Luxury Handmade Gifts site or our Facebook page.

How can I pay? 

At Lusxury Handmade Gifts there are three ways to make a purchase!

Please ensure that your billing name is entered exactly as it appears on your card. For the protection of our customers, transactions cannot be processed if billing information is not 100% accurate. As many of our products are handmade and often take time to produce (see our delivery policy), your card is not charged until the order ships.

What is a CVN number or CVV number and why do I need to enter it ?

CVN stands for Card Verification Number (sometimes called CID - card identification number or CVC - card verification code), and it is one of the ways that merchants and card issuers are working together to increase credit card security. The number is a 3 or 4 digit code that is added to your card on either the back, above the signature strip, or the front, above the embossed number. It never appears on receipts or imprints of your card. For your protection, we do not store CVN numbers in your records, even if we store your main credit card number. You will need to enter your CVN each time you make a purchase. The graphic below shows where to find your CVN number.

Is ordering online secure?

Yes, our ordering system is completely secure. We use the industry standard encryption protocol known as Secure Socket Layer (SSL), to keep your order information secure. We guarantee that every transaction you make will be safe and secure.

How do I create an account?

Click here to create account. Follow the link to our website to create your account. You will be taken to a page that looks like this.

Here you can manage your account. Don’t worry if you forgot your password. Simply click “Forgot your password?” and we will email you a link to get a new one set up, all your info will still be there.

How do I check the status of my order or track a shipment? 

Go to My Account at Luxury Handmade Gifts  and enter your username and password.

How do I return or exchange an item? 

Luxury Handmade Gifts is committed to your happiness. We want you to be as pleased with your purchase as we are in serving you. If you're not happy for any reason, we will gladly accept your return within 30 days of the delivery date. In order to make your return simple and inexpensive, it’s on the house and we’re picking up the tab! To initiate your FREE return please click MY ACCOUNT for registered users, otherwise click HERE to email us your request to return a purchase. You’ll just need your Order Number, which you’ll find on your order & shipping confirmation emails from our customer service team. Having trouble, no worries, call customer service at 1-800-605-1987.

For your convenience, we will include a return shipping label for returns from the continental U.S. and Canada. You may return any Luxury Handmade Gifts products in their original, unused condition for a full refund of the merchandise value. Please see our Return Policy for additional information regarding returns and exchanges.

Exchanges 

Please note that we do not perform exchanges at this time. For assistance in placing a new order for a different size or color please contact our 24 hour customer service at 1-800-605-1987. We are happy to offer FREE GROUND SHIPPING on your replacement order.

How do I change or cancel my order? 

Due to our fast shipping process, it is not possible to change or cancel an order once it has been placed. You will need to return the original package to obtain a refund and/or place an order for the new product. Please see our Return Policy for additional information.

Do you ship to Canada? 

Yes, Luxury Handmade Gifts is based in Canada. (see our shipping policy)

Do you ship internationally? 

This web site accepts orders to be shipped internationally. Orders to these locations are not eligible for FREE shipping and may take longer to arrive than the listed delivery times. Customers are responsible for any applicable duties and taxes levied on the delivery of their orders and for all charges related to returning products to Luxury Handmade Gifts, if necessary.

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?

Yes, we ship to APO/FPO addresses. Orders to such addresses are not eligible for expedited shipping, and may take longer to arrive than the listed delivery times. Customers are responsible for any applicable duties and taxes levied on the delivery of their orders and for all charges related to returning products to Luxury Handmade Gifts, if necessary.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

Yes, we are able to ship to P.O. boxes via Standard shipping only. Orders to such addresses are not eligible for expedited shipping.

Where do you ship from?

All orders currently ship from Montreal Quebec. We are currently working on acquiring a warehouse in the US to facilitate American orders. 

How long does it take to receive my order?

All orders on our website are processed in 24 hours or less when stock is available. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order is shipped. This email will include your tracking information as well. We process and ship orders Monday through Friday. In the event your item is not in stock you will be advised as to when it will ship by email. Orders placed in Canada or the US by our FREE service will arrive within 5-10 business days. If you chose an expedited service you will receive it sooner. For international orders the shipping method you chose will determine when the products will arrive. What are your shipping rates?

Shipping amounts are calculated using standard carrier rates, and will be shown during the checkout process. All orders are shipped Monday - Friday via UPS and are not available by any other means. Our FREE service is UPS Standard in US & Canada for orders over $100. For faster service or for orders below $100 standard UPS shipping rates apply.

How do I contact customer service?

How is sales tax calculated?

All Canadian orders are charged GST (within Québec QST is added) Outside of Canada tax is calculated based on the shipping address and the appropriate rules for that tax jurisdiction by customs. UPS will contact you to verify duty related fees.

How do I use a gift certificate/coupon code? 

To redeem a gift certificate or coupon code, enter the code in the appropriate field during the checkout process. Be sure to enter the code with the exact spelling and capitalization as shown. There are two places (depending on if you register or not) where you can enter your code to redeem your discount or your products in the case of a gift certificate. If the code is invalid, expired a discount will not be applied.

How do I care for my Luxury Handmade Gifts leather goods & jewelry?


Please pay close attention to the care instructions provided with each Luxury Handmade Gifts product. Many of our products require proper care to ensure a lifetime of enjoyment. These instructions are provided by the crafts person who created the product.

I received my order and it is damaged, what should I do?

If the packaging is obviously badly damaged, do not accept the order and the mail delivery service will return it to us, at which point a new product will be sent to you. If the order has been accepted, please use the return instructions to send the item back and we will replace it. If these instructions are not clear feel free to call 1-800-605-1987 (U.S. & Canada only, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week) or email customerservice@luxuryhandmadegifts.com  for further instructions.

What is the warranty policy?

Luxury Handmade Gifts offers a limited lifetime warranty on all items we offer on our website.

As we represent many different products and companies, the instructions for each are included in the packaging of each product along with the care instructions. 

Do you charge any membership fees or hidden charges?

NO! Registration is FREE and the prices on our website are the actual prices you pay.

 

How to find products? 

At the top right hand corner of all of the pages on the Luxury Handmade Gifts site you will find a search bar (pictured here) you can search by any term you like and we will try match it to items in our store.
